ABOUT ME

Coaching by Cristina

I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and I’ve lived in Zionsville, IN for over 25 years. Together with my husband Daniel, and our three adult children, we’ve built a life deeply rooted in this community.

With a degree in Radiation Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, my journey has been defined by a long-standing commitment to healthcare in the areas of oncology, pediatrics, and kidney transplant. I am a certified yoga teacher with 200 hours of training (RYT-200), as well as certifications in yin yoga and yoga for cancer. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian, my focus is on preventing disease and promoting holistic well-being. Beyond my professional accomplishments, I’ve also embraced becoming a living kidney donor, an experience that significantly impacted my life.

A year after my kidney donation, I crossed paths with the FASTer Way program, which has since become a catalyst for transformative change. Today, I stand healthier than ever before, a testament to the remarkable influence of this program on my well-being and the reason I became a certified FASTer Way to Fat Loss® coach.
